The difference in success of women and men in leadership stem from a complex mix of lack of confidence, holding back from challenging assignments that interfere with family life and discrimination at the workplace. The aim of this workshop is to equip the participants with strategies that work for women in leadership roles.

What is covered?
There is experience sharing by senior women professionals and we will look at leadership through the lens of gender bias. The focus is on actionable strategies that research has shown to work for women leaders.
